Founder + Director - Sally Kemp

Inspired to use art as a catalyst for profound human connection and understanding, Sally founded Milk River Arts in 2015. Her experience leading youth, senior, and community outreach programs at the Visual Arts Center of Richmond from 2005-2013 is how she discovered her truest form of creative expression: Curating meaningful opportunities for artists to connect, dream, and create together.
